SalonFlow (“SalonFlow”, “we”, “us”) provides salon queue and operations software for salons and their staff. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using SalonFlow you agree to this policy.
Who controls the data
A salon that uses SalonFlow is the controller of the information it enters about its own customers and staff. SalonFlow acts as a processor, handling that information on the salon’s behalf to provide the service. For account and billing data, SalonFlow is the controller.
Information we collect
- Account: the owner’s email address and the salon and branch details you provide.
- Operational data you enter: sections, services, employees, display screens, visits, appointments, and queue activity.
- Customer data you enter: a customer’s name and phone number, if you choose to record them for a visit or appointment. You decide what to enter.
- Subscriptions: your subscription status and tier. Purchases are processed by Apple and managed via RevenueCat; we do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
- Technical data: basic device, log, and usage information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.
How we use it
- Provide the service and sync your salon’s data across devices in real time.
- Manage subscriptions, access, and entitlements.
- Provide support and keep the service secure and reliable.
- Improve and develop SalonFlow.
We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Service providers
We share data only with providers that help us run SalonFlow, under appropriate safeguards: Supabase (database, authentication, hosting), RevenueCat and Apple(subscriptions and payments), and Vercel (web hosting). We may disclose information if required by law.
Data retention
We keep data for as long as your salon’s account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can ask us to delete your account and its data, and we will do so unless we must retain it to comply with the law.
Security
Access is protected by authentication and row-level security so each salon can only access its own data. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your information. To make a request, contact us at support@erjanflare.com. If you are a salon customer, please contact the salon that recorded your information; we will assist that salon as its processor.
Children
SalonFlow is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
