Common questions
How do I subscribe?
Open the SalonFlow app on iPhone or iPad and choose a plan (Basic or Pro, monthly or annual). The web console unlocks automatically once your salon has an active subscription.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your device, or from the “Manage subscription” option in the SalonFlow app.
I subscribed but the web console still asks me to subscribe.
It can take a few moments to sync. On the web “Subscription required” screen, tap “I’ve subscribed — re-check.” If it persists, contact us.
What’s the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic covers a single branch. Pro adds multiple branches, appointments, and analytics.
How do staff sign in?
The salon owner creates station codes (and PINs) in Settings; staff sign in with those, or with their account email and password.
