These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the SalonFlow apps and web console (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
SalonFlow provides salon queue management, reception, live display, appointments, and related tools. Features may vary by subscription tier (Basic — a single branch; Pro — multiple branches plus appointments and analytics) and may change over time.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. The salon owner is responsible for the staff and station access they create.
Subscriptions & billing (auto-renewable)
- SalonFlow is sold as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or annual, Basic or Pro).
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews at the then-current price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription, and turn off auto-renew, in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
- Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may change with notice; any price change applies to future renewals.
- Payments, renewals, and refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies.
Your content and your customers
You retain ownership of the data you enter. You are responsible for that data and for having any necessary rights and consents to record information about your customers and staff. You agree to use the Service in compliance with applicable laws, including privacy laws.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity; no attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access; and no use that violates the rights of others.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by SalonFlow and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while your subscription is active.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SalonFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required by law. Subscription cancellation is handled through your Apple ID settings.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SalonFlow operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
